  • Service Delivery: We commit to delivering services as per the agreed-upon specifications in the service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees and Charges: All fees and charges for services provided by Social Elevation will be outlined in the service agreement.

  • Payment Schedule: Payments must be made according to the schedule specified in the service agreement.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in interruption or termination of services.

4. Client Obligations

  • Information and Access: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for Social Elevation to perform its services.

  • Compliance with Laws: Clients must ensure that their content and use of our services comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in materials produced as a result of our services (excluding client-provided content) are owned by Social Elevation.

  • Use of Materials: Clients may use the materials produced by Social Elevation solely for the purposes outlined in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

  • Protection of Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

7. Liability and Indemnification

  • Limitation of Liability: Social Elevation’s liability in connection with its services is limited to the amount paid by the client for such services.

  • Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Elevation from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s use of our services.

8. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Specific cancellation fees may apply.

  • Termination by Social Elevation: We reserve the right to terminate services for reasons such as non-payment, breach of these terms, or illegal activities.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Process: In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally.

  • Jurisdiction: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Texas.

10. Miscellaneous

  • Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond their control.

  • Entire Agreement: The service agreement, along with these terms and conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between Social Elevation and the client.
